You've Had a Birthday!

My Little Miss Kate turned 2 last Saturday! Wow, time goes fast! It is always fun to celebrate your little one's birthday. For me, I tend to reminisce about the day they were born and how they have grown and changed through the year.

Katleyn got to celebrate a little on both Saturday and Sunday.



Saturday was a busy day and we didn't have much time before Daddy went to work for celebrating. But she was able to open her presents!



She loved the attention and was excited to have "pessants!"






It is customary for me to come up with some sort of cute cake. This year Kate got a Kitty Cat! The boys didn't quite understand why she was getting cake on Sunday because clearly her birthday was over!

    She gets cuter every time I see a picture of her. I can tell she likes having her picture taken--just like her mom did when she was little. she looks so grown up--I can't wait to see her (and the rest of you) next week.
